      Knee osteoarthritis (OA), which prevalence is increasing, poses many difficulties for clinicians: it is a chronic disease, for which the efficacy of non-pharmacological and pharmacological treatments is (very) modest, as compared to the biotherapies in rheumatoid arthritis or spondyloarthropathy.
